My Live Now

I'm not dying. Yes that's right. At least not the way I though will be. I had found a lump on my breast a few months ago. I was very scare of dying and the main concern was my children.

Between one prayer and another I promised to shave my head if my test came out negative. So I always keep my promises.

As you can see my hair is growing back now. I know a lof of you thing is not a big deal, but for me it is because my hair is the only girly thing I have.

Now, I am celebrating my life. I thanks God for giving me more years to complain about.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women in the United States. According to the American Cancer Society, it's estimated that 211,240 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in the US in 2005, and 40,410 women will die from the disease.

Proud Parent

Getting Serious

It is not a game,
even when you have come to play.
You are not a joke.
You are my precious baby full of hope.

You are here to stay,
like a wonderful pray.
You will illuminate the world,
with your magnificent glow.

I really thought it was easy,
and will never get so busy.
Now I have realized,
This is my biggest compromise.

It is time to ge serious.
Probably most of the time being delirious.
I got my act together,
so I can love you forever.

I dedicate this poem to my precious, beloved children Maeleesha and Sean who gave blessed my life with their existence. I want to thanks my husband Abismael for all his love and effort to make my life a paradise. I also want to thanks my mother Nilsa for all her patience, care and love. Only with self-experience I have realized all the sacrifice you made for me. Thank you for all your wisdom to keep me save that I did not appreciate.
Note: This is the only poem I have had published on year 2005.It is the first poem you will find on the poems book call "A Surrender to The Moon" by The International Library of Poetry.

My Husband

Surrender

I'm glad I have met the stranger in you.
After spend all my nights waiting for you.
I will now surrender my life to you,
like a click I have fallen for you.

I"m scared to death.
You got into my legs.
Drawing your self in my ocean,
Ooh! Baby don't stop the motion.

You have learned to dig in without presure,
and sooner you'll find the treasure.
Back in high school I would of been on detention
for causing such erection.

I am in great actitud.
Perfect navigator just found my latitud.
Like a virgin again you make me feel,
what a homerun you played on my field.
